She is responsible for overseeing recruitment and talent development strategies, delivering top-tier service and support, and fostering a diverse, high-performing, and inclusive company culture that supports Cetera’s financial professionals. With a wealth of experience, Juniper has held various HR leadership roles in the technology and sales teams at Lenovo, Dell, and Amazon. Throughout her career, she has developed strong managerial expertise and remained dedicated to aligning business goals with employee development, creating a workplace where individuals can thrive. Juniper holds a degree in History from the University of Redlands.
